Q2: Travelling with dogs to Ireland.

If you are entering Ireland from the U.K. (or via Britain from Europe or other Continent), then there are no additional restrictions at either the airports or ferry ports here.
If you are travelling direct to Ireland from Continental Europe (other than U.K.) or other Continent then the Pet Passport Scheme does apply.
